As a Momenta Associate, you will form a core part of our business proposition.
A Project Manager (PM) or Team Leader (TL) is assigned to each Momenta Project Team and has overall responsibility for project delivery and the management of the relationship with our client.
The PM or TL is also the associate’s first point of contact in any specific contract related situations; providing the support required depending on the nature of the project.
All Associates receive appropriate project induction prior to the commencement of contracts which includes preferred Momenta working practices, client and project familiarisation, timesheet and invoicing protocols.
We believe it is vital to match the skill sets of our associates to the specified requirements of the client; allowing you to demonstrate your skills and expertise whilst working with some of the leading industry organisations.
