Support Service - How it works:
• You register to become a client of Momenta Financial
Promotions Studio.
• We meet with you to conduct a full briefing session. This
ensures that the Momenta consultants assigned to your
account fully understand your business, client profile and your
products, and that you fully understand the scope of the FPS
service, the way it operates, and how to use it efficiently.
• Having emailed copies of your promotion to Momenta, we
will comment on the compliance requirements for the material
and send it back to you. Once you have drafted the advert to
a compliant standard, we will then provide ‘Confirmation of
Compliance’
- The support service is remunerated by a membership fee
plus a cost per item of advertising.

What if a promotion is judged to have presented misleading information?
At the very least, the FSA may insist that it is withdrawn. At worst, there may be a requirement to refund any client payments that have been made, with interest, and pay a substantial fine.
So, there is a clear imperative to make sure that all financial promotions comply with the regulations. |
