It does not matter what sort of team it is. We work with management teams, sometimes at director level, or senior management; sometimes teams of middle or junior managers or team leaders; sometimes with whole functional teams, such as sales teams with their managers.

How do we achieve it? We address three dimensions of performance: what people do, what they think, and how they present themselves. The Developing High Performance Teams programme involves us working with you to address these three, using our unique Performance Dynamics Modelling© methodology. This involves:

  • Raising individuals’ awareness of the impact their mindsets and behaviours have on their own performance, and that of others
  • Raising the level of constructive candour in the team and creating a powerful and supportive learning culture
  • Aligning individuals to clearly defined success habits that enable exceptional performance

Here’s what happens:

  • Profiling of individuals, to enable effective coaching and raising of self-awareness
  • Telephone coaching prior to a team event
  • Team event including an appropriate blend of
      • Relevant and realistic simulations and role playing with fully briefed external role players
      • Indoor and/or outdoor challenges to provide an opportunity to explore behavioural impact
      • Construction of a team behaviour contract to which all members are committed
      • Individual and team feedback and coaching
  • Individual coaching (face-to-face and/or telephone) to help sustain behaviour change
