Our Approach to T&D
Momenta’s approach starts with a belief that people are the heart of a company; with the potential to be a key differentiator and to make the difference between success and mediocrity. We see developing people as crucial to achieving required behaviour change, enabling more efficient, more effective and lower cost performance.
People development and implementing change are therefore primary focuses. These are typically enabled through a blend of F2F programmes, coaching and appropriate use of technology, encouraging people to learn and fine tune new skills, models and tactics. In addition, our in-house FS compliance capability and experience ensures that initiatives are underpinned, where appropriate, by suitable and pragmatic regulatory knowledge.
Momenta’s resources are recruited and selected in strict adherence to our ISO 9001 accredited process.
Services
The range of training and development services Momenta offer can be broadly explained as follows:
Managed Service:
Momenta act as the ‘Managing Service Provider’ on behalf of our client providing a single point of contact for the business. Required training resources and services (TNA, design, delivery, assessment, project management) are sourced and managed from our bank of contract training professionals or selected specialist providers.
Training Resource:
Momenta provides our client access through the bank of contract training professionals to a broad range of training and development skills to meet the resource and/ or skill demands of specific assignments. Momenta currently operate as a ‘preferred supplier’ to several clients on this basis.
Training and Development Projects (bespoke services):
Momenta provide resource and consultative input for specific projects that require the support and experience of an external training and development provider, supplying and managing design and delivery teams and project/ programme managers where required.
