Required paperwork for all Associates

 

Status:

To work as an associate of Momenta, you will be required to have either:

  • registered a limited company (LTD)
  • registered as a limited liability partnership (LLP)
  • registered with an umbrella company

The Companies House website has useful information regarding setting up a Limited Company or Limited Liability Partnership: www.companieshouse.gov.uk
The website: www.ukincorp.co.uk may also be useful as you can incorporate a company within 24 hours.
Insurance requirements

  • £1m Professional Indemnity Insurance
    (£1m in each and every event/multiple claims)
  • £1m Public Liability Insurance

You can arrange your Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance now at www.momenta-associate-insurance.co.uk.

We will require copies of certificates for the above and those relating to your qualifications.  See referencing and vetting.
