Momenta have significant experience of people selection and the processes and tools that can be used.
Firstly through our own selection process for our contractors (over 2000) who have come with a vast range of experience and from many different FS roles. In fact such are our processes that they have achieved the internationally recognised ISO9001 Accreditation.
Secondly, our principal consultants have in their previous operational roles put in place a number of selection processes for both operational ‘head office’ staff and sales staff including sales management.
The experience we have with clients keeps our knowledge of the appropriate tools and processes being utilized right up to date.

Momenta offers a straight forward consultancy service – we won’t blind you with science – we will talk through the practicalities and cut through to the real issues. We are not linked in any way to a particular process or selection tool. Those companies exist in abundance. What we will do is identify:
- what worked and what didn’t?
- which tools have added value and which tools haven’t?
- which combination of processes works best?
