Momenta require a number of documents when you first register. If any of your details change, replacement documents will be required.
- Qualification certificates
- Photographic proof of ID, i.e. Passport
- Proof of address, i.e. utility bill
- Work Visa (if required)
- Limited Company registration documentation
- PI/ PL insurance certificates
- VAT registration certificate
In addition, Momenta will seek 5 years of references; any breaks in employment/ contracting will need to be explained. |
