Timesheets & Invoicing
Momenta have an electronic timesheet and invoice reporting system called Momenta Projects.
The Momenta timesheet and invoicing system is integrated so that each Associate can do the following:
- Enter timesheet information and submit it for approval
- View the expense rates for each project (if applicable)
- Produce summary invoice information to help speed up invoicing
- Review historic information
Each associate is given a personal login which takes you into your account. You will only see your own information.
For each project there will be set parameters such as role, day rate, business mileage, accommodation etc. These will be personalised to you. If you are working on more than one project simultaneously then each project will be shown.
The invoice reporting system will help you to produce your invoice and helps us to validate your invoice and therefore speed up the whole process. The information you input on the timesheets creates the data that populates the invoicing report.
Producing the invoicing report is a very simple process.
